2010 Update

We've had a long busy year so far.

Archie attended RV tech school in Largo, Florida and we visited with friends in the Keys.

After wintering in Florida, we returned home via the Natchez Trace Parkway in April.

We took our RV to Gig Harbor, Washington, then flew to Fairbanks,and joined a Cruise/Tour and saw lots of wildlife at Denali,

then boarded a train through Anchorage to Whittier where we got onto a cruise ship. We visited Skagway, Juneau, Ketchikan,

then got off the boat in Vancouver, B. C. and drove from Victoria, to Tofina on Vancouver Island.

We then returned to our RV and worked our way south through Washington, Oregon, California, and Nevada visiting many beautiful places along the way including Mt Rainier, Mt St Helens, Mt Adams, Mt Shasta, Lava Beds National Monument, Mt Lassen, Glass Mountain, and Reno.

We spent a week at the Burning Man

festival, then to the Sierras and Big Tree, Yosemite, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon and through the San Joaquin Valley to Las Vegas, where we put our coach in storage while we drove home to see our new grandbaby in October.

Last week we went to Washington D. C. for the The Rally To Restore Sanity,

and are preparing to go back to Vegas next week and head south for the winter.
